Antiques to old car parts. New, Used and reproduction car parts. Collectibles of all kinds. A car show of classic cars and even some cars for sale (in the swap meet). Always in September, always the Saturday after Labor Day. OREGON HIGH DESERT SWAP MEET ORGANIZED BY: CENTRAL OREGON OLD CAR CLUB & HIGH DESERT A'S OF CENTRAL OREGON & SWAP MEET Non-affiliated Volunteers WHEN: Saturday, September 8, 2018 WHERE: Deschutes County Fairgrounds and Expo Center, 3800 SW Airport Way, Redmond, OR 97756 STARTS: 7:00 am ADMISSION: FREE TO PUBLIC FREE PARKING FOR THE PUBLIC IN LOT This is a collectible automobile swap meet. Automobile related items only. There is a special antique and collectible area, with vendors from around the Pacific Northwest. Breakfast, lunch, snacks and drinks are available on grounds. Services provided by the Deschutes County Fair Association. PLEASE NO ANIMALS. THIS IS FOR THEIR COMFORT AND THE COMFORT OF SWAP MEET PARTICIPANTS. CERTIFIED SERVICE ANIMALS ALWAYS WELCOME. (Traditionally the weather is too warm to leave pets in vehicles. Please leave animals at home for their comfort and safety.) VENDOR INFORMATION: 600 spaces available on fairgrounds. Outside spaces 20' x 15' - $35.00 per space Inside spaces 10' x 14' - $40.00 per space Special ANTIQUES section with indoors and outdoors spaces. Many dealers from the Pacific Northwest. If you have a larger trailer or rig you want with you in your space, Please let Butch or Betty know well ahead of time! This will make life much easier when you arrive to set up your space.. Spaces fill fast, get your registration in today. - Friday afternoon set-up after 3:00 pm NO FRIDAY SELLING - Saturday morning at 6:30 vendors can enter grounds in preparation for the crowds! - Saturday morning at 7:00 the Public will begin being admitted to the fairgrounds. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN TABLES. Onsite camping, with limited facilities, available. Inquire if interested.
