IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING TITLE
Wells Fargo is the registered lienholder for this Colorado titled Van, holds the physical paper title, will release lien, and send title to auctioneer upon receipt of funds. The Seller of the Van has assigned auctioneer Motor Vehicle Power of Attorney (MVPOA) to transfer title to Buyer.
After completion of the auction and collection of funds, the Buyer will be provided with a Bill of Sale, Paid Invoice, copy of title, copy of MVPOA, keys, and possession of the Van. Due to Covid restrictions, it will take a minimum of 30 to 45 days, and possibly longer, for the Buyer to receive the original title released and signed by Seller/Auctioneer.
It will be the buyer’s responsibility to take the documents to the appropriate tag office or agent in their home county to apply for title transfer and pay all applicable taxes and fees.
Removal Costs:
Buyers are fully responsible for all actions and expenses to remove their purchases.
