Event Information
Motor-Stadt Region would like to invite everyone that owns a Porsche to the very first "Beauty & The Bridge - Porsche On The Mac event."
This event will take place the weekend of August 17-19, 2018.
The major feature of this gala event will be a police escorted caravan from St. Ignace on the north end of the 5-mile bridge across the Straits of Mackinac between Lake Huron and Lake Michigan to Mackinaw City and perhaps back.
Members from all PCA regions are invited.
TENTATIVE SCHEDULE OF ACTIVITIES
Friday, August 17
6-9 pm - Information packet pick-up at Little Bear Arena
Saturday, August 18
7-9:45 am - Vehicles meet and line up for Mackinac Bridge crossing at Little Bear Arena
9:45 am - Driver Meeting
10 am - Mackinac Bridge crossing
Afternoon events - Scavenger Hunt, 'Concours d' Elegance' (street), Technical Quiz
Evening - 7pm-10pm Marina cocktail party with appetizers and live music by Charlie Reager., Scavenger Hunt awards, Entertainment (no charge for participants)
Fireworks Over The Bay at dusk
Sunday, August 19
Caravan Cruises in eastern Upper Peninsula or northern Lower Peninsula
Self-Guided Tours
Other local attractions - Kewadin Casino, Mackinac Island, Historic Mill Creek, Fort Michilimackinac, Mackinaw City, Soo Locks
