Motorcycle Overview
The 305cc was the biggest Honda imported into the USA in the 1960s, and Honda imported 3 into America: The CA77 Dream, the CB 77 Super Hawk and the CL 77 Scrambler. The Dream was designed for people either stepping up from a smaller motorcycles or new motorcycle owners. Nobody knows for sure where the term Dream came from, but it is rumored that someone in the Honda factory proclaimed it looked like a dream. CONDITION: This is possibly an original condition Honda 305 Dream in scarlet red paint, with very light nicks and abrasions from storage. The period-correct Good Year Super Eagle tires show minor oxidation and yellowing of whitewalls. Metal surfaces show light hazing from sitting in storage. This bike would be a great candidate for complete restoration, or could be returned to operating condition with standard servicing. We have made no attempt to start the bike, but the motor turns over with compression and transmission will shift through the gears. Includes a non-numbers matching Florida title. Sold as-is with no warranty.
