Liquid-cooled, 8-valve Rotax 976 cc V-twin pumps out a class-leading 85 horsepower, yet is refined thanks to EFI and iTC. The liquid-cooled, single overhead cam power plant features 4 valves per cylinder, fed by a 54-mm Bosch throttle body and 2 sophisticated VDO Siemens fuel injectors.

• Intelligent Throttle Control (iTC)

This electronic throttle-by-wire system works in conjunction with the 2.13 in. Bosch8 throttle body to produce smooth delivery, even if the drivers foot is bouncing due to rough terrain. The iTC system detects unwanted bounces and filters the input. Comes with a progressive and sport mode.

• Tri-Mode Dynamic Power Steering (DPS)

The electronically controlled power steering provides the driver with three different levels of assistance when steering. The amount of assistance varies with the vehicles speed to adjust the steering input effort to a comfortable level. Features Visco-Lok QE for a faster engagement point.

• Visco-Lok QE Auto-Locking Front Differential

All DPS-equipped models have Visco-Lok QE, which has all the features and benefits of the standard quick-engagement Visco-Lok differential, but with an even quicker engagement point. This differential, unlike some competitors differentials, does not have a speed limiter.

• 12 Beadlock Wheels with Maxxis Bighorn Tires

Mechanical fastening makes it nearly impossible for the tire bead to break loose from the wheel during heavy acceleration or cornering. With 27-in, 6-ply Maxxis Bighorn 2.0 tires, featuring sturdy lugs and a non-directional tread pattern for a smooth and confident ride over a variety of surfaces.
