Honda redesigns its Gold Wing from the ground up for 2018

Motorcycle Overview

They say that this time of year is a terrible time to sell a bike, true. It's also a great time to buy one!!! I believe I have priced on the low end because I don't like wait around. The money isn't as important to me as closing the sale. This is a very nicely sorted XR. It's seen very light off-pavement use with the exception of some epic Rally Moto style rides in the Barrens (bike is SO much fun!) I used it to teach at the Pine Barrens Adventure Camp Riding School since Summer 2018 when I bought it. The Basic Course is very light trail riding, and field instruction. But it's gotten dirty as hell. However, it's seen no hard ADV use and is ready for your stable. Mods include: -Clarke 4.7G Tank -FMF Powercore with Q/Insert (I installed the Q insert, have to look to see if I have the original--it's f'n LOUD with that). -Probend handguards -Rox Risers -Rallyraid fairing/windscreen -K&N Air filter -2 Ram balls -Richochet skidplate -Luggage rack -Primary drive chain and Sunstar rear sprocket (less than 800 miles) -D606s have about 800 miles of mostly dirt riding on them Some facts: Always on a Batterytender, "Trailered" everywhere. I don't pressure wash my bikes. I'm a maintenance weirdo. I replaced the air filter twice in 800 miles (second time, K&N) and changed the oil 3 times. It's missing a grommet for r/s number plate, missing a quick screw for left number plate, missing a bolt for tank bracket (will order first two and replace the latter). The back of the front fender has touched the tire a few times I've never removed the thank and cleaned around it. I left the dipstick at the house once and in two miles made a mess, you'll see some of that I'm sure one day, even though I cleaned the bejesus out of it. I've cut down the levers. I like two fingering it, but I'd replace them with the ones designed to do well what my shortcut does only adequately. Runs so well, love this bike best out of the dirt-centric Dual Sports I've owned so far (DR650SE, WR250R and now this).
