The F 800 GS Adventure is a true globetrotter from the high windshield to its combined fuel tank protector and saddle bag mountings. In spite of its striking side panels and the larger fuel tank, the distinctive flyline makes the F 800 GS adventure a clear member of the GS family.Features may include:
- Off Road Mode (ABS/ASC)
The rider is supported with the optional Enduro mode which optimizes ASC traction control and ABS on loose surfaces.
- Heated Grips
As well-experienced motorcyclists know, only warm hands can react quickly. The heated grips option provides increased comfort and safety through two heating levels that regulate heat automatically with the outside temperature. This option will easily extend your riding season.
- On Board Computer
The On Board Computer enables the rider to view several key measurements on the instrumentation display including distance to empty, average speed, average fuel consumption, low oil warning, and ambient temperature display with black ice warning at +37°F.
- Center Stand
Whether stabilizing your bike when doing minor maintenance, getting weight off the tires in winter storage or just taking up less parking space in the garage, a BMW center stand is a practical option that does not sacrifice cornering clearance or handling.
- ASC (Automatic Stability Control)
The BMW ASC (Automatic Stability Control) system continuously monitors rear wheel traction under acceleration. If a loss of traction is detected, the system intervenes to control unwanted rear wheel spin. The system helps the rider make the best use of the available traction, enhancing active riding safety.
