2016 BMW K1600GTL Premium

2016 BMW K1600 GTL - outstanding condition - 50,xxx miles. no mechanical or electrical issues. This bike is configured as a long distance/endurance bike. it is a finisher in the Iron Butt Association IBR and numerous other rallies. It comes with multiple GPSs, hydration system, aux fuel tank, Valentine One Radar detector (completely updated), Multiple aux lighting systems and cockpit shelf, a Spot 3 device is also on the bike. It currently configured as Dark Side but standard MC tires included as is numerous Spare parts.

2016 GTL Special Equipment List
1.Lighting
a. Cyclops 3.7 Aux light with amber lens - one on each fork and two spares
b. LERider 5 aux lights mounted mirror height
Both sets of lights are controlled with separate on/off switch and each has its own 3 way switch to change light intensity on- the-fly. These switches are located on a separate shelf along with the on/off switch for the v1 radar detector. The lights utilize a Skene IQ-275 one for each set of forward facing lights and act with the high beam switch.
c. BMW trunk mounted light configured with Skene IQ-160 system for visibility flicker and brake flashing
d. Skene P3 license plate lights for braking and turns

2. V-1 Radar detector mounted on shelf and contained with in a plastic case to remain hidden. On/Off switch on shelf for control. All the latest updates are installed.

3. GPS (2) Garmin/BMW Nav5 located in dedicated slot on BMW instrument panel and Garmin XT located on shelf using a RAM mount. The XT has a locking mount for security.

4. Spot 3 wired and mounted off shelf using RAM mounts

5. Trackform mount for mounting phone and wireless charging

6. 4.2 gal aux gas tank mounted off pillion seat and gravity fed to main tank via bulkhead fitting to lower portion of main fuel tank. Built by Mike (IB Pete) Langford.

7. Hydration system is pump driven and actuated by button on drink tube. 1 Gal insulated SS bottle mounted on right side passenger peg..

16. Pegs two set of highway pegs include. One set is drop down (Mick-o-pegs customized for the bike ) that are great for stretching and pseudo-standing and a pair of standard post type fold up pegs. Both are currently mounted but either can be easily removed.

20. the current battery is fairly old but works fine with no issues but I am including a new ODYSSEY AGM16L battery in original packaging

21. I have many misc spare parts that Ill be including at no charge., including the maint manual on CD. These are from my previous 2016 GTL which had 180K miles on it before getting rid of it.
