2016 Polaris Slingshot

Introduced as a 2015 model in 2014 the Slingshot is a celebration ofPolaris being in business for 60 years. The Slingshot was designed to representthe future of on–road driving exhilaration with its awe inspiring 3 wheel roadster.It offers heart pounding acceleration with its 2.4L 4 cylinder engine thatproduces 173hp. With its balanced weight distribution, sport tuned doublewishbone suspension, coil-over gas filled shocks and its sway bar it wasdesigned to take corners at top speed. It also features a 5 speed manualtransmission, power assisted steering and ABS brakes. The upgraded SL modelfeatures larger 18” forged aluminum wheels up front and a 20” wheel in therear, a media console with a LCD screen, a back-up camera, Bluetoothintegration and a 6 speaker audio system. This particular example has red pearlpaint with a color coordinated waterproof interior. It currently has 12,145miles and was last serviced at 12,042 miles. It has been nicely upgraded with a1320 Performance header and exhaust package that sounds just plain nasty whenyou get into it. The 2-way front speakers were upgraded with 3-way PowerBasscomponent speakers with custom kick panels to hold them, there was a set of6.5” canister speakers added behind the headrests and a 4 channel amplifier wasadded so you can hear it at speed without a problem.
