2018 KTM 1290 Super Duke R

My brother bought the beast in the Spring of 2019 but was too short and scared to flog it properly. He put a mere 150 miles in the 2 years he had it. Fast forward another year and a half and I managed to pay off his loan and rightfully procured the beast. I then performed oil/brake fluid/filter replacement/bleeding and other maintenance in the winter off-season doing all the storage procedures maintenance checks. Then came title, registration and boom riding...OMG I so quickly realized just how freaking awesome this bike is! I found it's level of ability could easily exceed my riding skill when demanded and it's so hard not to delve into the power (like the dark side). So yeah I feel this bike has rightfully earned it's nickname. Sidenote, I am 250lbs. I've never commanded such a powerful yet technologically balanced motorcycle (had Ninjas, GSXRs, Harleys, etc.).
Mods: Short light-smoke windscreen for some wind/bug/debris deflection, black CRG adjustable shorty levers, tank bracket for the branded 1290 R quick release tank bag, a branded 1290 R tail bag, front turn signal tidy kit, tail tidy kit and a titanium SC Project Slip-on...But the best mod by far was purchasing the ODB Star Tablet and unlocking track mode, throttle adjustment, ABS toggle, and anti-wheelie mitigation adjustment (an upgrade that would cost about $600 in license and shop time) and all while forfeiting your ability to perform your own ECU diagnostics and other adjustments.
The new owner is also getting all the stock parts (levers and exhaust can), all the original documentation plus KTM binder with 2nd key and key replacement code card, a not yet installed K&M lifetime filter kit, 2 unopened bottles Motul brake fluid, a replacement oil filter and multiple oil catch baskets. I bought for 15k and dropped another 2500 worth of high quality upgrades and maintenance goodies into it. I promise the value is all there and I will definitely cry when I see her go as she is work of art.
