It uses Yamahas 890cc liquid cooled inline three CP3 engine paired to a 6 speed transmission with an assist and slipper clutch, and it is designed to deliver strong midrange torque, quick acceleration, and a fun, lively character. Yamaha positions it as a heritage themed machine, but it is not just about looks because it also gets a lightweight aluminum frame, fully adjustable 41mm inverted front fork, adjustable rear shock, and a relatively light 425 lb wet weight. MSRP starts at $10,299, with a listed seat height of 31.9 inches. What makes the 2024 XSR900 stand out is how much technology Yamaha packed into it while still keeping the bike simple and stylish. It comes with a six axis IMU that supports lean sensitive traction control, slide control, wheel lift control, and lean sensitive ABS, plus standard up and down quickshifter, cruise control, full LED lighting, and a 3.5 inch TFT display. In plain terms, it is a bike for someone who wants the raw feel and sound of a triple with modern rider aids and everyday usability, all wrapped in a design that looks more special than a typical naked bike.Disclaimer: All Used Yamaha vehicle prices plus tax and reg.
