Engine and chassis:

3. Cylinder and ignition: The cylinder head is new, and a digital ignition from Hidria provides a cleaner, smoother power delivery.
4. Transmission and clutch: The six-speed manual gearbox has been refreshed for improved durability, and the hydraulic clutch system is reliable and low-maintenance.

Ergonomics and design:

1. Adjustable: The bike is designed to grow with the rider through adjustable suspension, handlebars, subframe, and bodywork. The seat height can be adjusted from 28.1 inches to 29.9 inches.
2. Bodywork: The new bodywork and ergonomics are modeled after the full-size SX models, with slimmer side panels and a flatter seat line.
3. Controls: The handlebars and grips are new, with the handlebars designed to promote a READY TO RACE body position.

Suspension and brakes:

1. Front suspension: A lightweight 35mm WP XACT AER upside-down air fork is used in the front, with 8.5 inches (215 mm) of travel. The air unit can be easily adjusted with an air pump.
2. Rear suspension: A fully adjustable WP XACT monoshock is fitted to the rear, with 10 inches (253.5 mm) of travel.
3. Brakes: Floating brake calipers from Formula control the front and rear disc brakes.
