Motorcycle Overview
Suzuki GSX-8R -- Low miles -- Pristine and Freshly Broken In
Bought new for cash just last year (2025) as a long range companion to my Zero S electric sport bike. My riding focus is no longer on long range rides, due to the realities of age, so it's time to free up the garage space.
The spec sheet doesn't do justice to how great this bike is. The handling is intuitive, the transmission crisp, and Suzuki's unique, dual counterbalance system nearly eliminates vibration. This engine gives strong, linear torque across the entire rev range, with no sudden torque burst above a certain rev range. It's fast -- 0-60 in 3.3s.
Key Features and Electronics
Bi-directional Quick Shifter (no auto-blips on the downshifts, though).
Slipper Clutch that prevents over-revving and rear-wheel hop on aggressive downshifts
Suzuki Intelligent Ride System (S.I.R.S.) for traction control and ABS that are adjustable with mode buttons
Rides pretty smooth, but stiff enough to carve turns aggressively
Condition and Maintenance
Mileage: 1,752 miles on back roads and commuting
Service: 600-mile factory break-in service completed on schedule.
Storage: Always garaged, never ridden in the wet, never dropped
100% stock/unmodified
Tires are perfectly scrubbed in and ready to carve turns.
Never been rev limited or even pushed hard
Bonus included: A not-yet-installed smart auto-turn signal cancellation module
Here are a couple of comparison videos with other bikes in its class:

Basic Factory Specs
Engine Type: 776 cc Parallel Twin with counterbalance shaft (82 hp / 57.5 lb-ft torque)
Weight: 452 lbs with a full tank (3.7 gal.)
Seat Height: 31.9 in. (810 mm)
Rake: 25°
Trail: 4.1 in. [104 mm]
Dashboard: Modern TFT for the usual speed, revs and turn signals, plus clock, multi-mode odometer, and readouts for the settings
Clear Ohio title, ready to sign over.
KBB valuation is $8163 for "good condition with typical mileage," but note that this bike is immaculate and well cared for by a 70 year old, easy going guy.
So skip the high markup and added costs from a dealer and get the bike of your dreams now at a great price.
Test rides available with a valid motorcycle endorsement and a signed ride/damage waiver.
If you require vehicle financing, you might not already know that local credit unions offer excellent private vehicle loan rates, and we can easily finalize the title transfer and funds verification together directly at a local Wright-Patt branch near my house.
Not open to trades.
