• 449cc DOHC Engine with Bosch EFI

Heres a 50 hp wake-up call to every 500-class sport bike. This in-house-developed, compact, 449cc, parallel-twin, DOHC engine is built to take the lead. The all-new design is characterized by a 270 crankshaft angle. Precision-engineered double balance shafts effectively counteract the inherent vibrations of a parallel-twin engine, ensuring smooth operation across the rev band. • Brembo Front Disc Brakes with ABS

Continental ABS continuously adjusts braking pressure to each wheel individually, allowing for precise and effective deceleration while avoiding wheel lock-up. Up front a 4-piston Brembo caliper bites down on a 320mm, single floating disc. The floating design allows the disc to expand and contract, reducing the risk of warping or deformation.
