New 2025 Honda CRF450R

And that was in addition to the 450 Supercross championship, and the first ever SuperMotocross 450 championship. But heres the best news yet: our new 2025 CRF450R is based directly on input and refinements from last years winning racebike. These include new bodywork and factory CRF graphics, a new frame specially tuned for rigidity, new suspension components specially designed for a more consistent feel throughout the suspension stroke, new tripleclamps, new suspension linkage, and a new more linear front brake with less lever play. No matter how challenging the track, the CRF450R is ready to make a pass or keep you in front, even on the last lap of the second moto.

• LIGHT NARROW FRAME

Great handling starts with a superior frame, and thats one place where the CRF450R chassis puts you out front. First, its lightover a pound and a half lighter than the previous generations. By making the frames main spars narrow, we save weight, but more importantly we make the chassis more responsive. This year approximately 70 percent of the frame components are new for excellent, responsive turning performance and to work with the new suspension.

• HYDRAULIC CLUTCH

The CRF450R features the first hydraulically actuated dirtbike clutch weve offered outside of our works bikes. Made by Nissin, its the same design as in our Grand Prix MX machines, and performs better than third-party conversions. You get a clutch-lever pull thats ten percent lighter at its peak, and more consistent throughout an entire moto, even though its paired with a strong, eight-plate clutch. Plus, youll never have to worry about making a clutch-cable adjustment, even during the longest events.

• SEALED AIRBOX AND FILTER

Along with the special air filter, the airbox shape helps deliver more torque. You can access the airbox through the left number plate. And because the CRF450Rs filter has no rubber gasket where it interfaces with the intake boot, cleaning and servicing the filter is faster and less hassle.

• EXCLUSIVE WORKS EDITION

Simply stated, the best of the best. The CRF450RWE Works Edition includes all the standard CRF450R features, but also gets a special hand-ported cylinder head; Hinson clutch basket and cover; Twin Air filter, Throttle Jockey graphics and seat cover; upgraded DID DirtStar LT-X rims; an exclusive Yoshimura exhaust system including a titanium midpipe and muffler; Kashima and titanium oxide-coated lower fork legs; revalved suspension; an RK gold chain; special ECU settings; and black triple clamps.
