Motorcycle Overview
The 2026 Polaris Xpedition XP 5 NorthStar is a five-passenger, all-season adventure side-by-side that began shipping to dealers in August 2025. The NorthStar trim is the premium version of the Xpedition and features an enclosed cab with factory-installed heating and air conditioning.

- Engine: A 114 horsepower ProStar 1000 Gen 2 engine provides quick acceleration and strong performance on trails.
- Seating: The five-passenger cabin features front bolstered bucket seats with sliders and a versatile 60/40-split flip-up and fold-down bench seat in the rear for extra cargo room.
- All-season comfort: The NorthStar edition features a fully enclosed cab with power windows and a climate-controlled HVAC system, allowing you to control the temperature and airflow.
- Suspension: The vehicle uses FOX 2.0 Podium QS3 shocks with position-sensitive spiral technology and has 14 inches of front travel and 15 inches of rear travel to handle technical terrain.
- Off-road capability: It has 14 inches of ground clearance, a sealed electrical system, high-mount air intakes, and a Polaris HD 4,500 lb. winch with an auto-stop function.
- Storage: The XP model comes with an open, rear dumping cargo box that can hold up to 600 pounds. An integrated roof rack and the Lock & Ride MAX accessory system offer additional storage options.
- Technology: The cab features a 7-inch glove-touch display powered by RIDE COMMAND, a JBL Trail Pro Audio Sound System, and integrated front and rear cameras.
